What is Game of the Week?

PSBL is now having a weekly Game of the Week feature to highlight some of our match ups. Each week we are selecting a game to highlight on our Facebook page and our website based on a variety of criteria. Record, teams playing well, a team’s history, or because we think the game will be close. At the end of the Game of the Week, our referees will take a picture of the winning team as well as send us a quick summary about the game. We will send out highlights of this game to the winning team captain as post the picture and game summary on our Facebook page.

How do we pick the Game of the Week?

The is now exact set criteria for Game of the Week. We will choose 2 teams who have identical records, two teams who have been playing exceptionally, or just 2 teams that we think will be an awesome match-up. Rivalry games will be included in the game of the week.

Sequim Plus Others

Sequim Plus Others is in their second season together in the PSBL League. after a 3-4 first season, they have been playing well together and boast a 2-1 record. A few recent injuries had some players sidelined for the last game, so hopefully the Mother’s day break will have them at full strength.

Costco Dream Team

Costco Dream team is new to the PSBL league this session. A 3-0 record has them playing great and feeling great. Their last game against White Men Can Jump was huge as that team used to be one of the stronger Sunday teams. They are sure to be tested in playing up a division.

THE LINE (SEQUIM -1)

The Linesmaker thinks that this game is destined to be close. Costco has been playing well and and surely is ready to step their game up. Sequim could easily prove the Linesmaker wrong.
